Office Assistant position.
Roofing Company looking for the ideal candidate who will perform a variety of administrative/clerical tasks using QuickBooks for AR and invoicing clients. Provide support to the Office Manager, Sales, and Repair/Staff Coordinator.
Applicants must be over the age of 20 hours are M-F 8:00 to 4:30.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Energetic, outgoing, friendly and positive attitude
Reliable and Punctual.
Detail oriented and a strong willingness to learn.
Prior experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Need to be a Team player with the ability to work well with others, but also need the ability to work independently and complete duties/projects with little direct supervision.
Job includes:
-Managing all billing/invoicing thru QuickBooks, sending invoicing via email to all clients. for payment.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
-Basic office duties (copying, e-mail, phones).
