Full-time Maintenance Assistant / Laborer

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT/LABORER - Concord, NH

Job Description:

Assist with building maintenance, grounds upkeep/mowing and cleaning for a property management company. Assist with snow removal and shoveling in the winter and MUST be available to do so for winter storms etc.

Landscaping experience preferred, but not mandatory

Snow removal experience preferred, but not mandatory

Required License or Certifications:

A valid NH driver’s license & reliable transportation

criminal background check; the applicant MUST live within a 15-mile radius of the Concord, NH area.
