AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN (MECHANIC)!

Grappone Mazda is looking for a dynamic technician to join our Mazda team. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and takes pride in serving our guests. The individual must have prior technician experience, and must be able to diagnose and repair vehicles at a high level of expertise. A State inspection license is required. This is a flat rate position with a minimum guarantee for hours worked. Pay is based on flat rate hours or hours worked, whichever is higher. There are some Saturdays and one late night a week required.
The right candidate for this position will be required to have a valid driver's license and must also be insurable through our insurance company. There is a pre-employment drug screening, physical and criminal background check required for this position.
Our standard work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 8am to 1pm. We have a rotating schedule and at least one Saturday per month is required. Technicians will assist the Sales Department on a rotating schedule one late night till 5:30pm and a Saturday until 5:30pm

Our brand new Mazda facility opened last fall in Concord and includes state of the art equipment, cutting edge technology including operating systems. Our service department is fully air conditioned with all new equipment and built in tool storage. No toolbox required Equipment lines include: Hunter Alignment machine and tire mounting/balancing machines, Mahle A/C equipment etc.
