The Opportunity
PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANTS (PCA)
As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you will provide personal care services and continuous observation of patients at our client's facility. In collaboration with the medical staff, you will help improve the quality of life for patients by supporting them through daily household tasks and social activities. This includes assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, companionship and so much more.
Location: Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center – Albany, NY
Starting pay: $18.00/hour

Shift Details
Day Shift Employees will work 5 eight hour shifts
Monday - Friday and every other weekend
Day Shift - 7:00am - 3:00pm
Evening Shift Employees will work 5 eight hour shifts
Monday - Friday and every other weekend
Evening Shift - 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Minimum Requirements
Position Requirements
At least 19 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
Active PCA License issued by the State of New York
Must have at least 1 year of experience in hospital or healthcare
Must have at least 3 years of professional work experience
