License Professional (Moblie) Custom Car Mechanic

Looking for a license professional mobile custom car mechanic. (That knows what there doing) He must have his own tools and tools and equipment that he may need for the job. He must be able to travel to me and do the work.(may need to extend the bracket underneath the seat,must bring the brackets to do the extension) if that's what you would need.

I need my drivers seat push back for more leg room.
