Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on the various strains, products, consumption methods, and effects of Hemp
- Accurately weigh, package, and label hemp products in compliance with state regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience working in a hemp dispensary or similar environment preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of THCA strains, products, and consumption methods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
