Chef for making gourmet breakfast, salads and takeout

Looking for chefs interested in preparing high quality local organic food, at a small operation running out of a commercial kitchen trailer with a culinary garden and outdoor seating area.

Recipes will be provided by owner/chef along with the necessary training. This will all be simple preparation, small menu, but clean professional execution. Easy and satisfying for any seasoned chef.

Responsibilities will include: making salad dressings, preparing lettuce and greens for service, preparing breakfast and salads to order.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
