Job Requisition ID #24WD77961Position OverviewAs a Senior Data Analyst in the Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing (ILM) organization, you will join an agile group leading the development of growth strategies across Autodesk, including product-led growth (PLG). Our team works across functional and technical organizations within Autodesk to identify, propose, test, and mature break-through go-to-market capabilities to promote scalable business growth while delivering value to customers of all sizes. A crucial part of your role will be to do data deep-dives across our product portfolio to identify strategic opportunities and inform growth strategy. You will work with innovation managers to analyze experiments and test results, size opportunities and use these findings to influence partners across Autodesk.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys using data and insights to simplify complexity. You can recommend approaches and solutions that influence the direction we take as a team. You are an active participant in strategy formulation, and are seen as our data expert, developing a network across multiple data and analytics teams at Autodesk. You will lead the analysis of complex data sets, provide strategic insights, and guide decision-making processes. Your expertise will help shape our data-driven approach and influencing partner teams.You will join a high-performing team that enjoys working collaboratively.We are remote and hybrid friendly. We come on site for meaningful meetings when needed.Responsibilities

Lead the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve business growth

Maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to track measurements and provide relevant insights to team members

Collaborate with teams to understand their data and reporting needs and provide recommendations for data-driven solutions

Mentor junior data analysts, providing technical expertise and encouraging their professional growth

Improve the implementation of data governance and data quality programs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, data visualization, and new technologies

Collaborate with technical teams and ILM Ops to improve our tech stack, improve data infrastructure, and enhance data accessibility and usability

Develop presentations to share findings with team members, including senior leadership

Align with Innovation Managers and other partners to set up and measure experiments and tests correctly

Collaborate with other Data Analysts within ILM to maintain a backlog of analysis, and establish process and structure to support the efficient delivery of work products across the entire organization

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science

5+ years working with growth teams and in SaaS or similar environments

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present insights

Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms

Programming skills in languages such as Python or R

Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,200 and $181,610. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
