Board Game Bar seeks cocktail bartender

No Land Beyond, Baltimore's First Board Game Bar, is seeking a nerdy, talented, passionate cocktail bartender for part-time work, with the option of full-time work down the line.

Ideal candidate has experience making quality cocktails in medium- to high-volume service; they should have a working knowledge of spirits, craft beers, and service SOP. Ideal candidate will also be well-versed in tabletop games of all stripes, from board games, to roleplaying games, to tradeable card games. Candidates familiar with our bar and our community are a plus!

No Land Beyond is an inclusive space and very community-oriented, so ideal candidates will be outgoing, open-minded, and ready to engage guests with compassion and interest. Candidates are on the ground floor in building one of the most connected and most interesting communities in the city!
