Mechanical Technician - Engines & Hydraulics

Job Description:

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engine Technician with a strong background in mechanical systems, specializing in small engines, hydraulics, and diesel engines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and overhauling different types of engines and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in small engines, hydraulic systems, and diesel engines.

Perform routine maintenance and service checks on various equipment.

Oversee the installation of new mechanical systems and components.

Provide technical support and guidance on engine and machinery operations.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and service schedules.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a mechanic with expertise in diesel engines, hydraulics, and small engines.

Technical certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

I have a range of small equipment to large equipment sitting in a yard. I want it maintained and repaired serviced so it can be rented out and not sitting idle. We are looking for a person who is versatile in many areas electrical, pumps and motors.
