We need a good, friendly, upbeat, attractive front desk receptionist at our laser vision correction center

You MUST WANT LASEK FOR YOURSELF FOR FREE which is a HUGE BARGAIN bc it's normally $5000

YOU MUST BE GOOD AT SALES BECAUSE YOU MUST BE A LIVING TESTIMONIAL AT THE FRONT DESK AND USING YOUR ENTHUSIASM ABOUT YOUR VISION WITHOUT GLASSES OR CONTACTS CONVINCE FREE CONSULTS TO PROCEED!:)

You MUST have a MINIMUM of ONE YEAR experience working as a MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

You MUST know how to clear medical insurance and how deductibles and co-pays work

You MUST be TOTALLY FLUENT IN ENGLISH WITHOUT A HEAVY ACCENT

It is a PLUS if you also speak Spanish

You MUST be RESPONSIBLE, ON TIME, and DRESS NEATLY AND BE WELL-GROOMED AND WELL-SPOKEN

you MUST have at LEAST an ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE but a BACHELOR's DEGREE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED

PAY DEPENDS ON YOUR EXPERIENCE AND CURRENT PAY WHICH WILL BE CONFIRMED BEFORE START

we have 2 receptionists now, 1 is making $25/hr and the other is making $35/hour, and neither one is very good:)

so we need to replace 1 of them and put them in the back office where they belong and would be better at

because they are a bit nervous, not great with people, poor attention to detail, have trouble following office protocols:(

so you'd make between $25 and $35 per hour, depending how you perform compared to them:)

both of them got LASEK btw, which is ESSENTIAL TO YOUR JOB

because you get a $200 bonus for EACH lead (friend's contact info) you get from a happy postop patient
