Job Duties:
Answering incoming phone calls from customers.
Responding to or redirecting incoming email to the appropriate parties
Effectively answer customer questions.
Identifying needs and providing prompt resolution to problems
Expressing flexibility to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
Working on the fly in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service oriented experience a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to high quality customer service
Problem solving skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people
Some college preferred but other work experience accepted.
Good interpersonal skills: must display patience, and helpfulness at all times
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Experience engaging customers over the phone.
Customer service oriented experience a must.
