Litigation Paralegal

The successful candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to handle a large caseload of active personal injury litigation files

3 years experience required

Excellent typing skills a must. Needles experience a plus.

Salary is negotiable based on experience

Duties:

Regular client contact

Monitoring client's ongoing medical treatment

Requesting and reviewing medical records and bills

Preparation of pleadings and other documents for submission to court

Scheduling depositions and assisting in the management of the attorney's trail schedule.

Preparation of trial notebooks.
