The Sitting Duck Tavern, part of the SBC Restaurant Group, a Connecticut staple for 28 years is now hiring for the position of Sous Chef / Line cook in our Oxford and Stratford locations. Sitting Duck features innovative cuisine, great beers, and opportunity for advancement

Sous Chefs are potential head chefs in training and are to assist the head chef in running the daily kitchen operations.

We have both Full and part-time positions for line cooks
