Experience Office Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our STRATUMHR TEAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
- Perform receptionist duties such as answering and directing phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system for data management
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide administrative support for various departments
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Schedule : Wednesday- Sunday / 8 Hr Shift 18.00 hour
Bilingual in Spanish
