Growing Mold Company looking for working, hands on remediation expert, that is willing to manage jobs, tasks and other people. If you have a current job you're not happy inyou can ease into this position gradually, and get paid accordingly. If you are in the AC industry, we can teach you mold, as you probably already have some experience around mold. We can help you set up your own company as welllots of options.

If you are a “real” manager and looking for a career, you’re in the right place. We’ll consider profit share and even buy-in/ managing partner to the company/ territory. Little things to consider:

Can you communicate and hold team members accountable?

Do you have thorough understanding of demo, what equipment to use, and when?

Do you have any of this? IICRC, Remediator/Assessor license.

We are growing into every area of FL, so you can pretty much choose what territory you want

Are you courageous about finding new members, and find solutions to problems, daily?

Can you drive a vehicle?

Not concerned about your past, as long as there is no violence in the last 7-years.

Here is the only “must”: Can you pass drug screen testing by an independent lab?
