Location: 208 1st Avenue, New York, NY, 10009 (Between 12th and 13th Street on 1st Avenue)

Date: Thursday, May 2nd & Friday May 3rd

Time of interviews: Between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking experienced prep cooks at our neighborhood restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Complete all aspects of kitchen work at every station, including stocking, prep work, cooking during service, making staff meals, organizing food deliveries, and cleaning kitchen/food preparation areas.

Full-time & Part-time positions available; applicants must have open and flexible availability.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an NYC kitchen.

Great knife skills.

Focus and attention to detail.

Precision - the ability to execute recipes exactly.

Experience with prep.

Compensation: TBD based on schedule and experience.
