You'll have to know how to tell the truth even when it is ugly, have good people skills, stay calm under pressure, be a good communicator, work well with others, be respectful and Client oriented, be self motivated and Love being in a team player environment.

You will need the confidence to tackle things you are unfamiliar with. If you use the words "I can figure out anything" regularly, you could be our person.
