Prep Cook & Operations Assistant
We are a gourmet food delivery company looking for a part-time prep cook to join our team. If you have the organizational skills to help us manage our inventory supplies and purchases, this would be a big plus!

MUST HAVE A CAR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prep Cook Duties: Assist in the kitchen with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready. Our prep work includes washing, chopping, marinating, cooking, and packing food items.
- Inventory Management: Review stock levels, help to keep our storage areas well organized, and help manage supplies. Regularly check our perishables to ensure freshness and quality.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of kitchen tools and equipment. Update our documentation and digital records. Help to drive our process for inspections.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast chopping skills
- Superior organizing skills
- Adept with spreadsheets
- Previous experience in a kitchen or operationally complex role
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment
