HVAC LEAD INSTALLER

Aquinas HVAC Inc. is a C20 contractor that focuses on providing service, maintenance, and installations on all HVAC cooling & heating equipment for multi-family apartments.

We are looking for an Installation Lead with at least 2 years of experience in the field.

3k sign-on bonus after 90 days

Responsibilities & Duties:

-Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems under minimal supervision

-Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings

-Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

-2yr + HVAC installation experience in the field

-Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions

-Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions

-Ability to meet short deadlines and work variable hours as project requires

-Adhere to company policies and procedures

-Able to lift up to 75lbs

-Able to work in hot & cold environments

-Capable of lifting equipment over your head, working overhead for extended periods of time, and climbing ladders

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

-8 hour shift M-F

-Some weekends (rare)

-Year round work

Requirements:

-EPA

-Eligible take-home vehicle MUST live within 20 miles of Mira Mesa

-Clean driving record

-Has hand & power tools (we provide recovery machine, torches and vacuums)

-Willing to travel to Orange County as needed in company vehicle
