Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Residential construction company is seeking an experienced project manager/estimator to oversee construction projects. This includes managing subcontractors, supervising trades, managing construction timelines and budgets, estimating jobs and working closely with customers to ensure each project is completed in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Qualifications:

7+ years experience in construction/building renovation, including managing and training employees.

Thorough knowledge of general construction with a good understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing.

Must be computer literate. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus.

Strong customer service background and skills in the construction industry.

Ability to multi-task, which requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and quality.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.

Solid understanding of local, state and federal building code requirements.

Must have clean and valid driver's license and a CSL license is preferred.
