Personal Injury - Case Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our clients throughout the pre-litigation process, from initial consultation to case resolution.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all deadlines are met and cases progress smoothly

Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their case

Gather and organize medical records, police reports, and other documentation relevant to each case

Prepare settlement demand packages with insurance companies

Prepare disbursement documents

Requirements:

Prior experience working as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Needles case management software

Spanish speaking is a plus
