Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients

- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts

- Prepare financial reports and statements

- Assist with payroll processing

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in QuickBooks must have at least 1 year experience

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the bookkeeping team.

- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

- Perform general office tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous administrative experience is preferred

- Proficient in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Google Mail)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

-Review documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary.

-Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency

-Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.

-Photocopy and scan documents.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent attention-to-detail

- Proficient in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Google Mail)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
