Master Carpenter with Strong Handyman Skills

Seeking a versatile master carpenter with superior handyman skills. Qualified candidates should excel in the following tasks:

- Proficient in all aspects of carpentry and woodworking

- Proficient in installation of doors and windows

- Experience with different kinds of flooring such as LVP, wood and tile

- Excellent drywall finisher level 4 +

- Expert knowledge of all aspects of construction

- Above average plumbing skills including ability to replace toilets, garbage disposals, faucets, sinks.

- Ability to utilize drain snakes, augers, and jetter equipment for unblocking clogged drain lines would be a plus

- Replace basic light fixtures and ceiling fans

- Replace or install garage door openers
