Experienced Sous Chefs & Line Cooks
We are seeking experienced and passionate sous chefs and line cooks to join our talented kitchen team in the Financial District of New York City. This is an excellent opportunity for culinarians who live and breathe food to be part of a growing operation.
About the Role:
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen serving a diverse menu highlighting ingredients from the Hudson Valley region
- Shifts run from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday with no weekend hours
- Responsibilities include prep work, working the line, maintaining kitchen standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a sous chef or line cook in a high-volume restaurant or corporate kitchen setting
- Passion for food and culinary excellence
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and organization skills
- Culinary school training is a plus
