Landscaper/Groundskeeper $22/hour

Job description

Hiring for Full-Time Landscaper/Groundskeeper for local property management company. All tools, supplies and vehicles will be provided by employer.

Work Hours:

8:00 am - 4:30 pm (with a 1/2 hour lunch)

Monday-Friday or as assigned

Required Job Qualifications:

Current, valid Oregon Driver's License

Proof of vehicle insurance

Experience with grounds keeping/landscaping duties

General Job Duties:

(May be asked to perform duties/tasks not related to duties stated herein)

Mow, weed, trim bushes, prune, remove leaves, re-seed areas as assigned/needed

Flowerbeds: rake flowerbeds, spread bark dust, remove liter, leaves, etc., replant flowers/trees/shrubs

Trim trees, stumps and branches

Moss control - lawns, roofs, patios, walk-ways, gutters, buildings

Garbage/dumpster areas - keep clean and free of debris

Parking lot care - blow, sweep

Remove debris/liter from properties

Gutters - clean out, remove debris and haul debris away

Keep shop area stocked/organized and clean

Maintain equipment in safe working condition

Haul trailer with equipment/or dump trailer with debris to dump

Work independently in a safe manor as stated in OSHA "Employee Responsibilities"

Ability to move/lift heavy objects with the aide of a dolly - up to 50 lbs

Ability to operate various hand/power tools

Ability to safely climb ladder to roof/gutter areas

Working conditions: This job in an outdoor position - will need to work in all types of weather conditions. Will require bending/lifting/climbing and sitting for extended periods of time.
