Parking Ambassadors - Part Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented Parking Ambassadors to provide parking-related services during all Oakland Ballers games at Raimondi Park in West Oakland for the 2024 season. As a Parking Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and interacting with the public.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to requests and inquiries from the general public

· Provide guidance and assistance as needed to all parkers onsite.

· Attention to detail to properly monitor parking areas.

· Should be physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods, in different weather conditions.

· Able to use technology (smartphone, tablet, belt-mounted printer, etc.)

· Responsible for directing traffic within the site including providing direction to tenants, visitors, staff, and others.

Requirements:

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for long periods

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Scheduled shift:

Part-time, evening shifts, Tuesday through Sunday (Temporary Position)

Rate of Pay:

$18.00 an hour
