Role Description: Pre-Litigation Paralegal (100% Remote, 20 hours a week)
As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, you will be instrumental in enhancing case management efficiency and ensuring the swift progression of auto accident cases by case managers. This role supports our mission by managing case managers, troubleshooting client issues, and ensuring all legal documents are prepared and submitted on time. You will love this role if you thrive in an environment where your work directly contributes to the fight for justice and client satisfaction.
Your Impact
- You will oversee case managers and expedite auto accident cases, ensuring each case is handled with the urgency and attention it deserves.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to property damage claims or rental car arrangements swiftly to alleviate client stress.
- Prepare and send demand packages to insurance companies within strict deadlines, driving cases towards resolution.
