Hours:Must be flexible between 8am-10pm (some days, some nights, and some weekends)QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Customer Service/Answering Service role in Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity.Customer Service/Answering Service Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answer calls as an extension to offices such as lawyers, plumbers, hospitals, etc.

- Take detailed messages

- Cover a provided list of questions with each client to ensure the message is as detailed as possibleCustomer Service/Answering Service Requirements:

- Type accurately and efficiently

- Sit in a chair for long periods of time

- Able to multitask

- Able to take direction

- Team player
