Our client, a leading construction group, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team near Little Falls, NJ. If you’re looking for a team environment with opportunity to grow and learn then this could be your next role!
Salary/Rate:
$25-30/hr (depending on experience)
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will work normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The Administrative Assistant position requires someone that can handle a fast paced and changing environment while wearing multiple hats as needed.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant will assist with daily office operations
Assist the Office Manager and Field Managers
Schedule meetings, update and maintain calendar for in house team
Handle logging incoming/outgoing mail
Scanning/filing to the cloud and shredding
Qualifications:
1-3 years Administrative experience
Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Basic knowledge of Word and Power Point
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience and knowledge of field
