We are seeking an OFFICE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST.

Background helpful:
Customer service with strong oral and written communication skills
General office duties
Data Entry (receipts and disbursements) and general accounting
+ Proficient in MS Word and Excel (type 45+wpm; 10 key by touch helpful)
+ Ability to
prioritize with logical analytical and problem-solving skills
work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
solve the objectives
+ Excellent vision, hearing and able to lift 30 lbs
SALARY RANGE: $50K to $60K; commensurate with experience.
BENEFIT PACKAGE: Fully paid HMSA medical and dental plan, sick leave, vacation, parking, 401K.
HOURS: M-F, 8am to 5:30pm; off weekends and bank holidays.
