Boat Mechanic

Looking for someone to give me a hand converting an old (72) OMC 24' boat with new power. Possibly changing it from a I/O to a straight reduction set up? I will compensate for a very intelligent well mannered individual. Please respond if interested? And im waiting for warmer weather to begin,, so not in any hurry. Thanks for reading
