Located in the Metropolitan Building in downtown Salem, we offer a beautiful location for you to grow your business. We have an upscale location with a great atmosphere and the best clients. This is for an unfurnished room, ready for your services, equipment and personal touch.

Our location is 4500 sq ft and is street front in the heart of downtown. The entry of our salon has a boutique, followed by an open lash area and 6 treatment rooms. This is an established business that promotes everyone, including independent contractors.

This room has a sink (plumbing) and is ready to be a treatment room for your services or can be easily converted to a hair suite.

We would love to add massage, esthetics, advanced esthetics, microblading, hair, nails, waxing, threading and more! We want someone to offer services that compliment our current services and clientele. (We have had massage, esthetics and microblading before so we have a lot of people still contact us for those services)

$500 per month includes:

- Month to month lease

- Private 10x12 room with sink
