Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries.
Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves.
Advice customers our moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications.
Ability to calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to multi-task
Organization and time management skills
Ability to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale
Open availability - Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm Saturday 8am-2pm
Carpe Diem Moving is a popular local mover in the DFW area. Family-owned and operated since 2018. We are known for our exceptional customer service and work ethic. This is a part-time position that will lead to a full-time position in the near future. Our preferred candidate is able to work well with others, enjoys meeting new people, and carries a positive attitude. Bilingual (Spanish speaker) is a bonus but not required. There is a 90-day probation period.
