Description We are offering a role for a Project Manager based in Houston, Texas. This position falls within the hybrid office reporting environment, providing a unique opportunity to build and manage projects. This role will primarily focus on daily operations and support, requiring a broad range of skills including reporting, Microsoft Office proficiency, training, operations management, policy implementation, and payroll management among others.Responsibilities: Maintain expert knowledge of various systems Administer Help Desk support for all employees, focusing on Expense Reporting Investigate and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes, developing corrective actions, and implementing preventive measures. Collaborate with other Expense Specialists, Coordinators, and/or Supervisors to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues Evaluate all American Express and MUFG applications worldwide for accuracy and proper approval processing. Manage all PeopleSoft employee transfers, terminations, retirements, and medical leaves, ensuring all Control Group systems are kept current. Execute cancellation of company card accounts upon termination of employment, reconcile outstanding balances, and collaborate with Manager or HR to resolve any remaining balances. Compile and send monthly PCard and AMEX delinquency notices to management and cardholders. Manage delinquent account balances, seeking resolution with Cardholders and/or Managers and escalating to HR when necessary. Audit TE and PCard receipts for policy compliance and fraud prevention. Execute daily import of expensed transactions to the SAP ERP systems for payment processing, including all American Express, MUFG, and Cash transactions not paid via payroll for Domestic and International Business Units.Requirements Demonstrated experience in Project Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook. Proven ability to execute operations and manage policy. Experience in payroll and payment processing. Understanding of auditing, account reconciliation, and compliance functions. Ability to work with vendors and manage procurement processes. Familiarity with SAP ERP and Oracle systems. Experience in providing deskside and workstation support. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Experience in expense reporting and receipt management. Skills in training staff and leading teams. Willingness to travel as required for the role. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites.
