Minimum Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Proficient in computer software system. Open dental /Patterson /Claim Connect/NEA

Excellent communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Basic accounting understanding ERA and other reports.

Ability to multitask and work with interruptions.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and demonstrate a friendly attitude, even while under pressure or when patients are upset.

Ability to uphold financial policies while approaching patients in a friendly and supportive manner.

Ability to conduct detailed work according to the practice’s established formats and policies.

Ability to utilize the practice’s financial protocols.

Ability to utilize the computer, copier, credit card processing front desk equipment, etc.
