Head of Kitchen

Head of Kitchen at The Summer Camp for Girls. We are a not for profit residential camp for girls from low income and foster homes. This is a seasonal job from June 1 to August 19. Looking to hire someone to oversee and cook for 115 people.

Responsible for ordering, menus, cooking and overseeing other staff in the kitchen. Maintain the safety and cleaning of the kitchen. We have 2 cooks and 2 kitchen helpers for each working shift.
