Boutique Great Neck, NY Personal Injury Law Firm Seeking a Full-Time Entry Level Legal Assistant who is organized, motivated and a “people person.”

Responsibilities:

Enter and distribute mail, update firm diary from multiple sources, obtain client medical records, file No Fault Benefits applications, assist clients navigating the litigation process, learn to draft legal documents, including Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars and Discovery Responses and Demands; assist attorney in deposition and trial preparation.

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office and typing and eager to learn.

In-Person Position.

Fluency in a second language a plus.
