Showdigs is a software platform that pays licensed real estate agents to complete showings and condition reports for property managers on a pay-per-activity basis. The best part? We require zero commitment, so you can fit us into your schedule whenever it’s convenient! Simply accept the requests you want to complete, and ignore the ones you don't! Many of our most active agents stack multiple tasks during the day and make hundreds per week.

Role Description

This is a contract role based in the South Bay metro area. Showdigs Agents receive tour requests directly through our smartphone app — you can accept or ignore these requests based on your schedule. We require all applicants to complete an online onboarding course and background check in order to join the Showdigs Agent Network.

Role Qualifications

- Active CA real estate license hung under a brokerage

- Reliable transportation to property showings

- Knowledge of local neighborhoods

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compensation

$30 per thirty-minute property showing

$50 to $90 per condition/move-in/move-out report based on the size and location of the property
