On-Site Property Maintenance Worker

Live-In Handyman Needed

Are you a handy individual with excellent problem-solving skills? Do you enjoy being hands-on and have experience in maintenance work? We're seeking a reliable and proactive individual to live onsite or near our apartment building and serve as a caretaker and handyman.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.

Conduct routine inspections of the property and address any issues promptly.

Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Keep the building and grounds clean and well-maintained.

Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties as needed.

Communicate effectively with tenants and ownership.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in various trade skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.

Must have your own tools and transportation.

Ability to live onsite or near the building for immediate response to emergencies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and a positive attitude.
