There is an opening for an experienced maintenance person to do a variety of jobs including light construction, carpentry, welding, equipment repair, lawn mowing, yard work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and many other types of work. Must be physically able to carry out duties, use ladders, mowers, sprayers, etc. Have a valid drivers license, your own hand tools, and reliable transportation. Company is 44 years old and all current employees are aware of this job opening. Hours are weekdays 8-5 with an hour for lunch. Getting to work on time is mandatory. This is a full time career position with paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401-k, flexible hours as needed with prior approval, year around work guaranteed. Great work atmosphere, Great boss, and a family atmosphere. Starting pay is commensurate with ability up to $60,000 per year. No agencies please.
