Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC service experience
Possession of EPA & CFC licenses
Excellent work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to seek help when needed
A willingness to learn and grow within our company
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
Availability for occasional weekend work and overtime as necessary
