Motorcycle Technician for Small Shop and Dealership
We are looking to add a Motorcycle Mechanic/Technician to our growing motorcycle and scooter dealership! We are looking for someone that is passionate about powersports, detail oriented, organized, quality minded, and communicates well with coworkers and customers. Position is full time. Pay and pay structure will be discussed with qualified candidates on an individual basis.
Qualifications
Valid driver license and motorcycle endorsement with good driving record and riding experience
Has a sales and customer service attitude
Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, assisting other team members as required
Must have own tools
Minimum of two years’ experience with motorsports (preferably motorcycles and scooters)
Available to work Tuesday – Saturday schedule/40 hours per week, plus industry events in the evenings and weekends
Primary Duties Include:
Service and repair on motorcycles and scooters
Perform routine maintenance and assembly of new units
Diagnosing multiple manufacturer’s products
Service writing
Parts ordering
Unit pickup and delivery
Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Building and maintaining our customer community is our main focus, we pride ourselves on having an all-inclusive, honest, and comfortable atmosphere. Our shop is fast paced during riding season (April – October), but also stays busy during the off season. We work hard but also have a lot of fun!
