Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist for Independent Realtor

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential home sellers.

Quickly build and maintain rapport with potential clients.

Communicate effectively the services offered by the realtor.

Record and track call details and results via a CRM.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or strong cold-calling skills.

Excellent verbal communication abilities.

Independent worker who can operate without direct supervision.
