Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute residential remodeling projects from conception to completion

Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and quality control

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years experience in residential remodeling

Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in complex framing and finishing skills, such as stairs (both winders and straight), custom interior and exterior trim and cabinetry, concrete, tile, light stone work, flooring and siding

Plumbing and electrical knowledge beneficial but not required
