Lintoc Care is seeking an experienced DDD Group Home Manager who will be responsible for the operation of a group home for special needs adults.

The GH Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group home. Such as training staff to ensure that the members learn skills that encourage independence with homemaking, interpersonal interactions and personal and hygiene care.

The GH Mgr. ensures the required DDD compliance of the home. This includes abiding by staffing ratios, making sure the home remains clean and stocked, medication management, the files are kept in order and above all our members receive excellent care.

Qualifications: Must be 21+ years of age, have a clean driving record, be able to pass a background check, and possess excellent oral, written and computer skills.

Applicants Must Have: Experience working with DDD in Arizona. A level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, First Aid/CPR, A valid Driver's License, Article 9 and Prevention & Support or be willing to obtain Article 9 and Prevention & Support within 30 days from DOH.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, certifications and availability! In addition, Lintoc Care is offering a sign on bonus of $1500 disbursed in three payments.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
