We are looking for administrative assistant in Walnut, Ca.

Responsibilities:

Build Excel spreadsheet models, dashboards, and templates, invoicing

Handle all billing inquiries

Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, and timely payments.

-Filing and data entry along with other paperwork duties

Handle customer service issues as needed, such as researching and resolving shipment discrepancies, damages or

product quality issues Billing (turn our packing list into an invoice with the ERP system)

Answering/sending e-mails

Costumer service experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent phone demeanor and speaking/writing skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Demonstrate ability to work independently maintaining complex projects

Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proficiency on Excel (Formulas, Data tables, Profit Calculations, Advance Functions at least 2 years of experience)

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Shift: 1st shift (8:00 AM-5:00 M)

Position: Administrative assistant well versed on Microsoft excel

Pay rate: $19
