part Time Electrician needed (sub-contractor)

We are a construction company in need of a go-to electrician for our properties.

This will be on an as-needed basis only

We do full home renovations as well as smaller quick repair jobs

So some jobs are larger and will require a license to pull permits

Other jobs will be smaller

Location will vary. We are based in laurel MD and will travel about an hour in any direction

We want someone that :

- is pretty flexible that we can call last minute (We typically cant wait 1-2 weeks to schedule)

- will work with us on price. We are looking to give someone all our electrical business that comes from our customers. So we need someone that gives us "contractor" pricing so we are both able to make money on the jobs

- Has a license and can pull permits when needed

- Can give us pricing upfront without home visits first if required
