Housekeeper Needed in Fort Pierce, Fl

Seahorse Beach Bungalows Hotel in Fort Pierce is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position plays a key role in providing our guests with a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment during their stay at our beachside property.

Candidate needs to be available from Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 2:00 PM. A day off in the week will be coordinated with our hotel manager and according to occupancy at the hotel.

Weekly payments.

Responsibilities:

-Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and presentable.

-Supervise every check out and report possible issues or damages that may cause loses.

-Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies.

-Do the laundry, including removal of stains from towels/sheets/covers.

-Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces and supervise the dumpster.

-Address and respond to guest queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

-Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and effectively, following proper procedures.

-Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning to management promptly.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not essential.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.

-Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
