Social Media – Marketing Associate

THE POSITION:

Dynamax is seeking a Social Media Associate to join our Marketing team. This person will be responsible for social media strategy, content creation and scheduling, and reporting results. We are looking for a creative thinker and storyteller. Someone that has a deep understanding of social media and how to create content that resonates with an audience.

JOB DUTIES:

· Develop and deliver content that spans across social media platforms

· Provide insights and stay up to date on consumer behavior and how to best position content on social media platforms for best success

· Partner with marketing team to establish monthly and quarterly growth targets as well as strategies and content to ensure those targets are met

· Monitor social channels and develop and refine a social response strategy to build an engaged audience

· Analyze, measure, and report on ongoing social media marketing efforts, including followers, engagement, reach etc., identifying areas of opportunity

REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience managing own social media channels

· Excellent language and grammar skill with top notch writing skills.

· Strategic and creative mindset, who’s on top of culture and ongoing trends

· Be willing to collaborate, take feedback, and learn as you go

· A quick learner of terminology and high-tech solutions

· Good attributes are prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
